Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Direct Connect Texas LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, information about your property and energy usage, and information you provide when you contact us or request a consultation.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide consultations and estimates, design and install solar systems, communicate about your project, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who perform functions on our behalf — such as installation partners, financing partners you have asked us to work with, and technology vendors — and only to the extent needed to perform those functions. We may also disclose information where required by law.

SMS and Mobile Communications

Direct Connect Texas LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected in connection with our SMS program may be shared only with service providers who help us deliver messaging services on our behalf, and those providers are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number solely to send the categories of messages you consented to receive. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

Calls and Call Recording

We may record telephone calls for quality assurance and training. Where recording is taking place, we will disclose this at the beginning of the call. You may request that a call not be recorded.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at admin@directconnecttexas.com. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
